In order to do the software packaging for Debian, we need to a clean Debian environment, which usually is a Debian Unstable. This Debian unstable environment for doing the packaging can be setup using different ways, most popular of them being chroot, container tools like lxc, Docker, and VMs as well as bare metals.

This talk will cover the process of setting up the Development environment for Debian Packaging. using different tools available on Debian using some of the tools mentioned above including chroot, LXC and Docker.

This process is already well documented on Debian Wiki, this talk would be a documented video source for the Debian Packaging tutorial.
